Nonprofits answer to funders for every dollar. Restricted grants can only pay for what the grant says; receipts are not optional; the board must see large payments. Pink turns these into vaults and rules: one vault per grant with the allowed categories written into the policy, receipts filed by the agent on every payment, and a two-signature rule above the board's threshold.
