AI Agent Payments for Media and Content Studios

Freelancers paid against signed briefs, licensing and tools renewed on schedule, ad spend inside a daily cap.

Studios pay a long tail of people and tools: editors, designers and voice talent per deliverable; stock, music and font licences; cloud rendering; a camera body when one fails; promotion for a launch. Pink gives each stream an agent and turns the studio's habits into rules: a signed brief before a freelancer is paid, a ticket before hardware is bought, a daily cap on promotion.

Vaults: where the money sits

An agent can only spend from the vault it is attached to. A vault with no agents is money AI can never reach.

Vault	Balance (illustrative)	Who may spend from it
Production	USD 70,000	Payouts AI, Production AI
Tools & licensing	USD 18,000	Licensing AI
Promotion	USD 15,000	Promo AI
Reserve	USD 120,000	no agents

Agents: who spends, on what, with what leash

Agent	Pays for	Monthly budget	Cap	Vault	Human owner
Payouts AI	Editors, designers, writers, voice talent through the payout platform	$45,000 / month	$2,500 per payout	Production	Head of production
Production AI	Studio rentals, props, travel, cloud rendering, hardware	$20,000 / month	$1,500 per payment	Production	Head of production
Licensing AI	Stock, music, fonts, software subscriptions	$12,000 / month	$2,000 per payment	Tools & licensing	Operations lead
Promo AI	YouTube, Meta, TikTok and newsletter sponsorship spend	$12,000 / month	$400 per day	Promotion	Head of audience

Budgets and caps are starting points an owner would type into Policy Copilot, not defaults the product ships with.

The policy, in evaluation order

Checked top to bottom. The first rule that matches decides. Fraud controls sit above amount tiers on purpose. Anything no rule covers is blocked.

A day in the transaction log

Illustrative. Every row keeps the rule that decided it, the approver if any, and the credential that was issued.
